This is a journey of 20 x 90 minute sessions in person or via Skype, Zoom or telephone which can be taken over 6 – 12 months.

There will be a 2 hour initial life strategy session to powerfully collate all of your personal, professional and health, wealth and fitness goals and to gain clarity and to create a strategic plan to get you there.

After each session you will be provided with a written account of what was discussed via a follow up email which you can print out and keep as part of your journaled coaching journey to plot your progress. This will be a valuable record of your change and evolution.

Up to 10 “blue light” emergency 15 minute calls held at short notice for pre-interview motivation, hot dates, auditions, brainstorms when you need immediate coaching support.

A “graduation lunch” where we celebrate your achievements and goal fulfillment.

This package includes the insightful diagnostic “Who You Are” questionnaire, results-proven life coaching tools, personalised homework tasks and feedback along your coaching journey. This package provides you with the complete peace of mind knowing you have complete coaching support as you make significant life changes.
